Asianet Digital Cable TV – No Customer Care

Complaint was registered on Saturday July 15th 2017. However so far no one have resolved the issue. Your call centre staff is not able to give an anticipated time of the staff visit. Now its 4th day. As you have collected the money in advance, will you refund the money on which the TV is not working. A wrong technician was sent on Sunday and he informed that some one will come from Murinjapalam office to sort out the issue. He also aged that he will inform the concerned. My complaint number is AA03148268

Kindly note the following

This is the second day I am waiting for your staff and I am not able to go out(as your technician may come)
I made the complaint on Saturday. Don’t you have the practice of having check list?. (to know which cases are pending/resolved)
While trying to submit “register the complaint” on the net; the icon is not working.

Please do the needful to resolve the issue ASAP.
