I have recharged my Prepaid mobile for Rs. 75 through Citibank online transaction. I received a message “Recharge Successful for Rs. 75, Talktime Credited Rs. 1.00, Processing Fee: Rs 65.75, Service Tax: Rs. 8.25”. Unnecessarily Rs. 65.75 deducted, how can airtel justify this deduction. Just making foool of their customer. Absolute cheating.
