Nokia Lumia 520 Mobile – A Disaster

: Highly frustrated and angry with your product and customer service. I bought a nokia lumia 520 and life is hell since then. Its not a phone, its just a box since the day i bought it. It is completely mute, no ringer sound, no incoming outgoing calls can be made, no net connection can be configured. I bought it on 28th july 2013 and they said first make a microsoft or hotmail account then start using it. Since lumia needs a micro sim so it took me 2 days to get a sim. I made an outlook id and then I tried to configure everything but it wasnt working. So i visited nokia care on 31st july 2013. They updated the software and said go home make a hotmail id and try again. So i kept on trying, I even visited vodafone care to know if net connectivity problem is due to vodafone. But they also couldnt resolve it and I again visited nokia care on 7th august 2013 and told them all the problems. They deposited the phone and said they will send it to bangalore and try for replacement since its a brand new handset and it has problems since day 1. And now they say come get your repaired handset. And I continuously keep asking for replacement because I dont want to accept the defective piece. So it been more than a month since I bought that phone and havent used it even once. Its still at nokia care. I keep mailing and calling but there is no positive response. Is there a way to get my handset replaced??? My only hope is to get some positive response from management, else now I have to visit forums like CNBC Pehredar or even consumer court.
