Airtel Mobile – Wrong Billing – Customer Care Not REsolving the Issue

I am using airtel no 98103200XX on 8th june 13 i change my bill plan from 999 to 299 and again change it on 20th june 13 from 299 to 999. As per communicated with the customer care i use my plan benefits that are free min and 3g data included in bill plan solitaire 999. But when the bill generates they charge Rs.200 for call and Rs.600 for data usage… what should i do. I talk at customer care regarding the same for 2 or 3 times but they didn’t respond. they just given me the complaint no. complaint no 51717197 Kshitij Gupta 9810320097
