B-Cube Hotels Not Honouring Consumer Commitments

B-Cube Hotel is refusing to honor its own commitment to compensate for its lapses (as can be seen below). They are not responding any longer!! I find some features, which prominently appear on your website, are missing. Examples: “Plush room slippers” “Buffet Breakfast is included” We asked for the above, but not provided. Even we were charged extra for the breakfast amount exceeding Rs. 200/Rs. 170. This is unfair, and not good for the reputation of your otherwise nice hotel. As we were unaware, we believed the hotel personnel. We took care to have restricted breakfast to avoid extra charges, which we paid for one time. Our points are more on matter of principle. 1. The hotel should have provided facilities/food as advertised on their website. 2. They must keep their words (in email) to compensate for their lapses
