Airtel Mobile Wrong Recharge and Currency Deduction

I had recharged my Airtel number 89718141XX wit rR.249. on successful recharge, i got a message: Recharge successful on 29-09-2013 at 07:40PM, MRP: Rs249.00, STax:RS27.39, TransID 1762623160 Validity:30 days Benifit:2GB(Unltd) 2g data. validity 30 days.

I was also told i will get Rs 16/- in sum time after recharge. But now i see that my balance is Rs 117/-. i called the customer care, first person puts me on hold and ends the call. The second person tells me that plan does not exist and i was charged for internet usage. When i tell i have got this message and demand to talk to a higher executive, even she put me on hold and cut my call. I want my currency back and an apology from your customer care for rude behavior.
