Poor after sales service by xolo mobile company

I bought a Lava Xolo q700 smartphone with IMEI no. – ‘911310450006102’ on 19 May 2013. Its touch got faulty in 3 months. Then I came to know that there is no direct way to contact xolo service center, we have to deposit our phone to the nearby xolo collection center where executives will only collect your phone without telling you the time required for a repair. I deposited my phone at Maya communications (B5-59, sector 4 rohini-85) on 23 August 2013 with complaint no.310000096998, the person incharge told me that he will call me and tell me the return time of my phone but they didn’t call me. I called them many times and finally got my phone back on 11 september 2013 (almost after 20 days) and found that it was still faulty. When asked them about the repair, they said they got it repaired and if the problem persists then we should again deposit the phone in a new complaint no. and not on old complaint no. as they have to maintain records. I had a very strong debate with them, then they said you can do whatever you want and either make a complaint on xolo care on phone. This seemed to be a promising idea so I called xolo care on phone, they attended my call almost after making me online for 15 min. and then told me that they will not register my complaint with them till I sign the reciept of my phone and complete the previous complaint(this is a fantastic customer service that xolo have). I was forced to sign for completion of my complaint that I got my phone repaired, after this the executive on xolo care told me that xolo have a direct customer service center in nehru place and asked me to visit them. Then I deposited my phone at FI info solutions & services (201, Ashok Bhawan, Building no. 93, New Delhi – 19) on 12 september 2013 with new order no. ‘310000107273’ hoping that may be now I will get my problem fixed. Since that day whenever I call these people, they say that my part is still pending and will take 2-3 days more to get my problem fixed.

Now again 20 more days have passed and still I haven’t got my phone back. And now whenever I call these people, they put me on hold for 20 min and then cut my phone directly or many times they just don’t pick up the phone. I am a student from a middle class background and this is my younger sister’s phone who had put aside her one complete years’ savings to get her a new smartphone and we were cheated my this fake brand from Lava. Now all her savings are spent on this phone and this phone is with its service center. This is an extremely painful transaction for both me and my sister from xolo and in my whole life I will never buy or suggest xolo phone to any one else. Please help us and return our phone to us if you can and punish these people.
