Airtel MyHome Broadband Billing Issue

My Airtel number is 7025XX8396 Landline number – 0129 400XX843 sir 6 months ago there was a call made to me regarding the broadband services facilities are available for me like there is a plan of 1199 20GB @ 2mbps after one month your broadband will convert to 699 plan with same facility. I liked it and agree to it in feb onwards I started using services and i made a payment of 1200 but after that in march no bill was converted into 699 so i talk to customer service executive but no actions were taken against it I made many calls after that same bill was send to me of Rs 1200 for the month of April and it totaled me 2700 after taxes then again made a call to executive but no action were taken then last i told them i will pay only that much of amount of Rs 1500 according to my conversation made in starting for march and April calculated with 699 plan per month with taxes but they didn’t agreed too it then they frustrated me by making many calls and in may my bill got converted and they told me to pay Rs 3500 but I argued them that I applied in April to disconnect my services but they didn’t disconnected and charge for the may month and till now my bill is made of Rs 4500 around so please help me out sir why no actions were taken against my calls and complaint.
