My Reliance Jio number is 70132 94985. I visited jio customer office some one checked my jio number detail. After check detail they told me your card is never activated before. how its possible. i called from this number on 1977 and i conformed my adhaar card no. even i used this card 3 days after use 3 days automatically its closed. And i called on 198 complaint number but no one responding after waiting 30 to 40 minutes. so please you can solved my query and start my sim please. thanks

I have received my jio sim on 26/08/16. Till date it is not activated. My jio no is 7008539066. It would be helpful if it is activated at the earliest.
