Dear Sir/ Madam I had purchased a laptop on April 2016, model AB516TX and paid Approx 49000, but it was having fault in display so company gave me refund and asked to buy new model from hpshopping .in, I once again bought laptop with consultation of company representative and paid Rs. 59000 to buy so called better laptop AB521TX but on arrival I was shocked to found scratches on bottom of display, and found HP selling old manufacturing date product without bringing this in knowledge of customers online. So after protest they once again offered me replacement but I asked them please give me latest manufacturing date laptop(AB521tx) or offer alternate in case not possible, but after keeping me in dark for past 16 days they now forcing me to accept whatever they are giving in replacement while I told them if you give me alternate fresh model I shall pay extra 10000 but no congenial answer just calling me and forcing to accept old manf. date laptop(AB521TX)

Due to 2 times faulty products of HP, my official work hampered badly for last 3 months, I had taken first laptop using EMI loan from HDFC credit card they took 2 EMIs with interest and taxes and on receipt of refund for first laptop they cancelled loan and charged me with cancellation charge and taxes, for second Laptop I once again applied EMI loan and paying EMI but I have not used the laptop altogether HP has cheated me and this resulted mental tension and agony, hampering of my work which has costed me Rs. 40,000 loss
