I recharged my airtel number on 4th June 2014 with Rs 197 (data pack) and got nothing in my account. I got a message of successful recharge but I was still charged for internet usage..On the same day I recharged my mobile with Rs 330 (talk time) and once again got a successful recharge message. When I called customer care, they said they have no record of recharge ) done on this date. My call was kept on hold for several minutes and later they disconnected it. when I called again I was given a very bad response and they said they won’t give my money back.
