One week back i bought an airtel dongle sim and the sim hasn’t been activated yet it’s been a week now and I’ve contacted the customer care 8-9 times but nobody can tell me why it hasn’t been activated. I contacted the shop i bought the sim from they said all the details have been sent 4-5 days back and i tried dialing 59059 but there it kept sayin contact 121 for details. I have bought a new prepaid connection 8130101885 from Airtel Store, Galleria ,gurgaon but even after repeated calls my number has not been activated. The only response i have got is that ” we will do it in the next couple of hours” time for which is gone. I am completely disillusioned and disgusted with your customer care. kindly let me know the way forward or should i just return your sim.
