I had taken a 3G data card of Airtel, after taking i found that the device is not latching on 3G service and i could not able to get the data service inside my home for which i had made a complain in airtel network team.After that airtel (Ericsson) team visited my house and could not able to rectify that. in may mail change i had clearly mention airtel that if they failed to provide me the service i will not pay the rental amount.but now airtel has send the legal notice. and their employee are doing harassment to me and my family.

I want airtel to return my Data card connection Rs 1500/– and waveoff the Bill 730 with providing the writing justification that they will not sell these 3G services if they dont have Bandwidth available in the area.
