I have booked one flat In Gaur city in Noida exta. Through Netambit. I have received one credit note for 1.25%. As per latter it will amount 36411 will be given to me when I will do 40 % payment. As I have made 55 % payment to the developer till now but Netambit is not doing the payment of credit note. After so many calles and email they are giving me new date all the time. I need the full payment of credit note with Interest of late payment. It will be good if you can make some kind of penalty of that company so that next time they will not do that kind of cheating to other costumer
