I am a resident of Saroor Nagar, Hyderabad, staying at SVRS Brindavanam, behind Municipal Office. My number is 9000XX8943. Since past one month I am facing weak signal and bad voice problems.I first complained on May 17, the problem actually started from May 14. I lodged a complaint with Airtel customer care center at Chaitanypuri, Dilsukhnagar and also called 121 to lodge the complaint. Nothing happened for the next 3 days, so I complained with Nodal office again nothing happened then I complained to Appellate, the highest authority on the complaint chain but again no resolution to the problem only false assurances that in 3-4 days the problem will be resolved and every time I mail/call them I get a complaint number and a false assurance. I just want to know where I can lodge a complaint so that Airtel will take quick action.
