My DTDC consignment no is B44173645. I have booked a packet From Bangalore to Allahabad (Katra) on 5th Jun, 2017. The packet contains one new “Lenovo PHAB 16 GB Ebony, price of Rs 9,999”. When receiver received, PHAB is missing and in-place of PHAB, three soaps are there. Courier packet has been opened from one of packet side and repacked with tape during transit. While booking the courier, they didn’t inform us to do insurance for it. Now they are blaming us only and telling that if there is no any insurance, this will happen. I called to customer care, but there are not ready to register any complain. I get to know to fill claim form, but concern courier person is deny to fill any type of form.
