Jio sim is worst i have done mnp from vodafone to jio with a hope of service facility but here the same issue faced i have done 3 recharge of 303 in advance but i am not getting any type of facilty i want my rechagrges back. When calling to jio customer care they are telling that prepaid recharges are not refunded it is a vialble thing when customer leaves jio with there on but due to inconviency the person who are leaving jiio the company has to give me back the refund my jio number is +918955555591 worst experince in jio when calling in customer care they are taking many details and tell us to continue with jio and saying that we have placed your company at a higher basis and they are messaging us that we have placed and tower at your place will be live in 90 days fooling and cheating us to saty with jio i want refund any how
