Airtel – No connectivity delay in refund

On 25th Nov, I applied for a Broadband connection. I got 2 dozen calls from multiple offices on 26th Nov. After lot of promises and stuff, I enrolled with one party – Name: Rakesh(Ph:9945070XXXX) who sent Mr. Mani (Ph:8892053XXX) to my house in 10 minutes. He told theres good range in my areas, collected Rs. 600 and left. I made atleast 5 dozen calls to both these numbers in the next 1 week and finally they sent and sms – No connectivity in ur area, money will be reimbursed in 10 days. I was in urgency of a connection, this try with airtel delayed it further with no result. And..its been 7 months, I did not get my money back. I registered 6 complaints over internet, several times in Airtel india facebook page and had several conversations with airtel customer care. Many times they closed my service request without refunding. 2 weeks back I said I will move to consumer court, then they asked me to send some address proofs and scanned copies. I did same but now when i contact, threes no response. I sincerely request kind justice of the country to act against these corporate giants looting public offering magical promises but leave option but to forget our money in the end. This one sided play need to be treated as a model please. I can ignore this 600 rs. refund but was feeling humiliated by the way i had to roam around requesting and scanning copies and sending. If they cannot refund in 7 months, why did they collect money in the first place that too within 10 mins

Refund amount of 600 rs. + Severe warning from court to refund amounts within agreed time. This is for the general public who may not have access to online services like these or cant approach court, finally ignore their money.
