I have applied for the connection on 16 June 2014 and deposited 1200 rs cash to mr. Nagendra srivastava at next day morning. On 17 June around 3pm I received a call from reliance office at c scheme and the person get verified my all verification detail. After that till today I have not being provided or installed any connection . And the reliance communication they dont even attending the call in a whole day . I am so much upset and last when I spoke to Nagendra ji said that I have to pay some more amount of installation apart from1200 rs. Please help me , I also called reliance customer care on 180030007777 but nothing happening.

Either connection installed as soon as possible with no any charges or I need my 1200 rs + the amount of daily loss i.e. 450 .
