Airtel No Proper Response from Customer Care Executive

I was using friends card from near 2 years and from the company i dint get the intimation message that friends plan has been withdrawn. As i send the Port message to the company and company offer me the plan to, but i dint get the related plan from the company. From past 20 day i have talked to many customer executive but the just avoided the request by telling me that my plan will be activated within 48 hour.

Yogesh Gite (Senior Supervisor) he assured me that the plan will be activated within 48 hrs that was the false assurance from him.

Faizal Siddique (9987234865 Amit Garga) as i called this number he also assured me that the given plan will be activated till 11 January. and it was also the same false assurance.

Just now i called the Customer Care and talk to Anil(Senior Supervisor) He was harsh to me. (today 1.38 pm )
Just i want to ask that sir this is the correct way to talk to the customer or give him false assurance. I am using airtel from my college time yet till now i dint get any problem but now it was an very pathetic experience. Please resolve the problem or else i have to switch the network.
