I have purchased a mobile iball Andi 3.5i on 30th july 2013, it has some charging problem so i have given it for servicing at the above address on 27th November 2013 and at the time he said it will take 20 days to repair the mobile still i have not received my mobile. I have repeated called the said person above and tried to contact Mr. Jagadish shetty, but never got to contact him. I have emailed them that I will report the issue to the consumer court, even after that they did not even bother to reply me.

I am not expecting much, I just want my mobile to be Replaced/Serviced and delivered to me within 2 days so that I can make my work smoother.
