Airtel – Non activation net pack do not posses ability understand problem

Dear Executive, I had a Airtel special offer recharge of Rs 97 for 2G data at 11.33 Am on 19 Jun on my mobile number 9179957xxx. for which confirmation message also came. But actually the recharge was not effective. And till night may complete money of Rs 650 has been consumed as a normal usage. I took up the matter with airtel customer care but the eply from them is as appended. Basis our discussion, we would like to inform you that as per our records we have not found recharge successful on your airtel number 917995xxx dated 19/06/2015. Further, we would like to inform you that after complete verification of your account details, we found there was no incorrect deduction on your account. The balance amount of Rs.650/- has been deducted as data has been used. By giving a look at the reply it is very clear that your executive do not posses any ability to understand the problem of customer.They have completely missed out the logic of customer care. Will you find any one who will pay Rs 650 for something for which he has to pay around Rs 20 to Rs 25? In my case it is amply clear with your records that recharge was done. And thereafter data services was used by the customer.Since the recharge was not effective as per Airtel (but I have received the message of confirmation) the total available balance got deducted. In my case it is also clear that the customer was not aware of failure of recharge. Otherwise logically will any one would like to pay Rs 645 for just 60-70 MB of data for a day.Do your subordinates are getting the fine and clear logic of his customer? Put yourself in my place, and Imagine in today’s busty life, you yourself do some recharge. you receive also confirmation to this effect. After the confirmation you start using services and thereafter at the end of the day, your total money gone. How you will feel?. I do agree a company has to weed out false claim. But can’t you see a logical trail in my case. From your point of view, Customer fairly attempted for recharge, and thereafter he utilised the data services on the pretext that the pack is active. I hope you have enough evidences to corroborate this and this is the fact also. If your company profess and advocate customer care I think you will understand what I mean. I am not a greedy customer. Do not mind this much of paltry money. But this is incorrect and that’s why I am here
