I registered Humsafarmatrimony.com and paid the requested amount on 13th feb 2015 and contact person is Miss Niharika from their office. From the date i have received only one groom profile from their office for which i think was surely fake , so many times My mother and i have called miss Niharika on mobile number – 903906xxx but she is very clever to make so many excuses like electricity is not here, I’m ill etc. I’ve even also spoken to Miss Shalu Sharma from their branch and asked her to provide me the expected service which i’ve paid for but every time these ladies promise and never sent any mail or profiles. I wrote few emails also, I even posted on consumer complaints but they are making funny excuses, I asked them to tell my profile credentials as i have lost them, but they dint even forward them. Every time me and my mother only called them, they are not even bothered about their responsibilities and duties.

I’m requesting you to kindly refund my money ASAP. I’ve been waited for so long but no satisfactory response has been given by the service provide. I want my money back.
