Airtel has over billed my number by approx Rs. 900. they are billing me for 584mb data usage (84 mb more than my plan). they had informed me about the over usage suddenly without giving any notice that i am reaching my usage limit. more over when they messaged me that i have used 584 mb i called their service center and their executive confirmed that my usage was approx 400mb which is well below 500 mb and that they had a policy of informing the user when the usage reached 80% of their package limit. also they do not stop my billing at the end of billing cycle and continue the same for few more days to harass. I have all the communication sms that i can forward and have recorded conversation with their executive that my usage is within 500 mb range. this recording is in my mobile. if required in extreme condition i can submit the mobile

Reduction in bill to the amount that i have used and no more. generation of bill at correct time a compensation for my current set amount to Rs. 4000. Complaint number of airtel: F1592046933
