Freecharge – Bank Account Debited, No Recharge Done

PLEASE NOTE: [[I have selected Paytm in the brand name because Freecharge was not there. The complaint is against Freecharge and not Paytm]] Using the online application Freecharge on my android phone, I was recharging a uninor number 9125677xxx on 28th September, 2014 with an amount of 150rs. I had also added up a coupon of 5rs. I paid the above said total amount of rs.155 through my Punjab National Bank Mastercard. However, the amount was debited from my bank account but no recharge took place. The Transaction id was FCVA14092864665453. I notified the customer care at freecharge immediately and they stated that the amount would be refunded back within 5-7 days. Now after numerous e-mails and follow ups, nothing has materialized and the people at freecharge have stopped replying to my messages. Though the amount is not huge, i believe duping the customers in such a manner is unethical and illegal. Please look into the matter and get it resolved. With respect, Rishabh Srivastava.
