i am using Airtel BB 749 Combo plan (01147059405) since 2009. Recently i got a mail for price hike from 799 to 899 from 5th April onwards. When conacted customer care they offered another plan(799 Combo) with same features. After plan was activated and i contacted cutomer care for details i found that this plan was offering half the features of my old plan. On repeat complaints customer care accepted that informaiton given to me was not correct, but they are not reverting me back to my old plan.

i want to migrate to 749 Combo plan again
