I reacharged my Aircel number with rs 11 for activating rate cutter for Aircel to Aircel…i recievd the message of recharge but this pack was not activated on my number…then i recharged for rs 9 after 7 hrs of prior recharge….this recharge was through phone only….they cut 9 rupees now again…but the service was not activated…and this is not for the first time that it is happening with me ..most of the time they cut balance but do not provide service

Rupees 20 in all for which i did not get service but due to this….i got a loss of 100 rupees balance in my phone
