We purchased Kent Super Star Mineral RO Water Purifier SR No. KR131106012 on 21/02/2014 from Laxmi Crockery, Ulhasnagar. Within a week’s time the Kent system stopped working and we called their mechanic and he started the system again around 14/03/2014 the kent system stopped working and I had to call their mechanic who said some parts are defective and for the time being i am repairing them temporarily. Again on 17/03/2014 the kent stopped working and we requested their service center at Kalyan, district Thane and they sent a mechanic who replaced one part with a used and old part saying that company doesn’t supply fresh parts and the service center has to use second hand parts. Sir, the kent again went out of order and we asked their service center at kalyan to give us proper service and we don’t want to call you again and again. Their mechanic came on 28/03/2014 i.e., after a long delay of 10days. . It worked for one day and since 29/03/2014 we have been approaching Shri S.P. Gupte at Mumbai & Shri Rao at Ghaziabad. Till this date our kent is not repaired. Now we request you to help us replace the DEFECTIVE KENT MACHINE which their staff claims is a difficult to repair properly.
Kindly help us replace this as it is a defective piece.
