Airtel – Plan Changed without knowledge

Dear Sir, I am writing this email after being completely fed-up with Airtel responses. They changed my bill plan due to mistake and when I reported the matter to their customer care and appellate authority. They are just making apologies over email, however I asked for docket number they denied saying they can’t share it. I humbly request for TRAI intervention to protect a consumer interest. Please refer my orginal complain sought to them dated 20th April’15- “I requested for bill plan change for my mobile number 8800995xxx from Rs99/month rental to 375/month rental and no change in plan for 8800995xxx, However you guys made a mess by changing bill plan for wrong number 880099xxx rather than the correct number 880099xxx. When I got the bill plan alert a day early over 8800995xxx, I immediately call up your customer care brought this confusion to their notice, however this has been implemented even after that call. Interaction ID for that call is made via 8800995979. I would request you to please rollback 8800995xxx to old plan Rs99/month, while 880099xxx should be changed to Rs375/month plan.” I am also attaching their response email, where they denied to share the docket number after having accepted their mistake.

I want my plan to be rolled back to previous bill plan or the plan currently running on my other number 88009959xxx
