Airtel is believed to be the best and transparent service provider. your customer base is the oldest and strongest but now your policy makers have started betraying customers. i received a missed call from no:385911070342 at 9:56 am on 01.10.2011. when i called the no i was charged Rs 15/- twice. i reached your executive after calling your customer care for more than half an hour, where i was assured of an action by 6 in the evening. nothing is done so far. your customer care is the worst possible department. i spent my 2 hrs but could not reach your executive. it has caused a lot of mental agony. your nodal officers are sleeping. customers are left at the mercy of your electronic customer care system.
