Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that i have been cheat=d for my policy no U190068583 which is in the name of MR. MANOJ GHANSHYAMD=S SAJNANI from tata-aig life insurance co. I was contacted by Mr. Manish G=pta having mobile no. 09718633925 who claimed to be an executive from tata=aig life insurance co from delhi proposed me a policy on the phone which w=re quite lucrative & i agreed to invest in that policy which Mr. Sujee= Joshi having mobile no. 09016315852 from tata-aig ahmedabad office came t= get the necessary documents signed by me & collected the cheque of IN= 50000.00 on 30-08-2010.
= To my surprise, when i received the policy on=13-09-2010, i saw that the form signed by me was not there in the policy document & some different form with somebody else’s signature was prov=ded to me which was not as talked to me on the phone. I immediately called=the toll free no. provided on the policy document & described the chea=ing done & i was asked to write a mail which i wrote on the the same d=y to tata-aig. Later on as & when the tata-aig executives demanded abo=t the physical copies & physical letters, i did send it to them.
Then i received a cheque of INR 51020.59 on the 14-10-2010 from tata-a=g which is still not deposited by me in the bank as i was not satisfied wi=h the amount what was sent to me as i went through lots of physical & =ental stress as well as financial stress. So again i contacted them but ti=l date, they have not replied to any of my mails or the physical letter se=t to them.
So i would request to you to punish the culpri=s & get me my compensation as i have been facing too much of physical,=mental & financial problems & by your action, i would assume that =his kind of problem may never arise again to any individual & they may=not face this kind of trauma.
Awaiting your prompt & positive actio= after going through the matter at an earliest & please get me informe= as to what actions you are taking or supposed to take for this matter.
