Airtel – Poor Broad Band services no response from customer care

This is to bring into your notice that I used Airtel broad band and its being installed on Sep 2013, since then I am facing connecting issues. I found their services are really pathetic. They charge premium for their best services but I found it pathetic in real. After being contacted so many time with customer care and resolution provided by them was this will not be occured in near future but in next month same problem arised again. Problem is I have to chase their service team for the solution by calling them so many times. I have complaint number that I lodged: 41168328 on 27th Nov 2013 they have provided me soloution on 4th Nov 2013. I want them to be penalised so that they improve their services.

I want all my money to be refunded with installation cost. Dont wanna continue business with them.
