Delivery of car not confirmed after taking Rs.50000 on 22 July 2013 and kept the funds and car will now be delivered only after 8-Dec-13.

Lost interest on Rs.50,000 and waited for 5 months on delivery and was told on 2-Dec-13 that Nissan will not make the Micra XE model, so why take the booking and suddenly car is being delivered in 10 days. that means people who are paying money under the table and getting delivery

i expect that Rs.50,000 should be paid by Nissan to me as i have lost out interest on the same amount.It is my hard earned money.
