Airtel – Poor Customer Service – Consumer Review

Worst support I ever got from any telecom operator. I have raised a service request 3 days ago and was promised that the issue will be resolved in 24 hours and it was not resolved. After 24 hours I called again to the customer care and was promised 4 hours this time and it was not resolved. After that every 4 hours i have been calling and getting promise for next 4 hours and it was never resolved. After this disappointment I happened to drop in at airtel store and Mr. Sampath of Madhapur store has said he has sent a mail to concerned person and all stories for 2 days and 3rd day he stopped answering my call. After enough struggle I have called Appellate authority of Airtel Mr. Nikhil Mutnalkar and was connected to his representative Ms. Harini. After a long wait she asked me to wait for 5 damn days to get a simple profile update done. And when asked why do we need to wait she said to port to any network you want we dont care… So now thinking to which network should I port to??? Now I feel what a big mistake I did to port to airtel from my previous network…
