Hi sir, I bought jio sim on 26 September 2016 and i deposited my aadhar card as id proof also. My sim has not been activated Yet. I went to reliance centre 2-3 times but they could not solve the issue. Please help and get my sim activated. I bought a new jio sim yesterday. Today it was activated signals are also coming but no internet no voice calls nothing’s happening

Hi, I took the jio sim 2 weeks back and reliance digital mini shop sector 7 chandigarh guy told me that it will be activated in 4_5 days since my adhaar card is Delhi address. Every time I go to shop they don’t give me the status and advise me to go to Delhi to take sim. They do not try to attend the customer as they are expected. Why did they get the forms filled when they knew they will not send it for activation. When I try to contact them via phone they always keep their phone engaged. Not happy with the reliance jio services while taking sim. Vijay
