We bought Elegant RO 2 years back from auth dealer in ahmedabad. Still under AMC warranty, its tap broken and replaced by serviceman.Leakage started and again complain lodged, serviman came and tightened the tap. But cracks developed near the tap, leakage increased. Even after repeated complaints , no one is repairing the same & service deptt not taking responsibilty of it;s poor servicing. Never buy Aquagaur or Eureka forbes product, these are of Sub standard quality , poor quality plastic is used, which crackes within 2 years of use. Pathetic experience with Eureka forbes RO products.
