I generated a barcode on my Jio app by following all the procedure but it has a redeemed tag on it though I did nothing except that. I didn’t even visited any reliance store . Please do something in thi regard. My barcode is 55562 152638

Hello sir myjio barcode has shown as redeemed in the reliance retailer shop but i didn’t get my sim what should i do to get my jio sim please reply to me as early as possible.

Sir, I have HTC Desire 628 Android 4g phone, and my mobile no.is 9468XX7942 which is registered my Jio app. state-bihar,city-patna. My jio barcode is 55520783513. But the retailer told to me that my bar code is used other my mobile shows redeemed while opening my Jio app and to get Jio sim Now, please give me advise what i do for get sim. I am not using jio sim,please provide barcode in my gmail ID.
