I just payed the NP & TS (Authorized Channel Partner Of Airtel) company 250 Rs. They are cheating people to convert prepaid to postpaid. The person who call is Pankaj as he introduce himself. Pankaj said me a MNP(Mobile Number Portability) plan.. the plan is 299.. plan details he told me that the call rate of this plan is 10 paisa airtel to airtel and others local calls 25 paisa, std calls 40 paisa..according to this plan 1250 minutes local and national minutes and some messages also. His contact number is 7053158020. Pankaj told me that you file a complaint on dealer regarding this issue and he said also please don’t give me a mine name. I had told that Pankaj you suggest me a fake plan and I will complaint and mention your name regarding this complaint.

I am tired of calling Airtel customer service number no one seems to know what should be done.And moreover, they slapped me with a bill of Rs.250.00. really pathetic.
