I have Maruti Swift Dzire LDI (Reg No UP32EU5160, Chasis no 272677). I have met an accident on 26th Jan 2015 and my car was repaired at One Up Motors Lucknow, Maruti Authorized Dealer and Service Centre. The repairing centre told me that there is a huge expense in my car and as per policy I have to pay 58000 in cash Rest amount (approx 3 Lacs) should be borne by the insurance company It was assessed by the surveyor My car got repaired and I have paid Rs 58000 Now I am seeing that insurance company Claim paid for Rs 4634 on date 13MAR15. How it is possible? Its a 2 year old car only How the surveyor assessed and approved the car repair where new india paid just 4634 while customer paid Rs 58000 Invoice No BR14022045. There is no other work done apart from accidental repair. Being a cashless claim I was just aware of this when I have seen the claim amount paid by new india shown in website. I have the entire bills. Maruti Dealer, One up Motors has definitely charged wrong amount. Request you to kindly look into this and revert me ASAP I need my wrongly charged amount back. Have spoken with service centre regarding wrongly charged amount but since last 2 months, they are just ignoring and no one meeting with me. Mail correspondence attached. Kindly help
