Airtel Post-Paid Bill Issues UnREsolved

Sir /madam, I book a new connection of airtel co. concern prudens intellisys pvt. ltd. on 22/03/14 & they give me a new no. 9910547xxx shown in attached scan copy of receipt but after verification they activate 9910547xxx without my confirmation and told me that you can send the activation message from your sim card given by them. But I can’t send activation message from the sim card . this is clearly shown in the attached scan copy of sim card because I can’t broken the sim card holder seal till today so sir how can it is possible that I can activate the sim. this is clearly fraud by co. they also send me a monthly bill against the no. 9910547866. The main question is that who can activate this no. & If the no. is use by any illegal person who is responsible for that one. I send many mails & calls to this concern but they have no proper solution against my complaint and talk to me very rude behavior. After that i send many mails to airtel co. but they also gave no solution and finally stop the no. 9910547866. this is not a solution because the concern cheat me by telling lie and also activate the no. without confirmation which is to be a crime with customer. I suffer this problem last FOUR MONTHS but no solution taken by company Finally I decide to send a complaint to you against them and tell me what can i do against them
