Toyota – Improper wheel balancing by dealer

On 27/7/14 I brought my vehicle for 50K servicing and I have followed service advisers instruction. After getting my vehicle I headed to Durgapur, 200 kms away and during my journey I found my tyre grip is not proper and there is feeling of cutting of tyre with improper wheel balancing. Again on 28/7/14 I brought the vehicle to nearest Jayashree Toyota showroom,Muchipara, Durgapur. The service adviser there done the wheel alignment and changed the front and rear wheels and told me everything is okay. I started my journey to Berhampore, Murshidabad, West Bengal, my working place in the evening and on road I found the problems remained same. During this journey I traveled through Durgapur expressway and State Highway and the road condition was smooth. I again called upon service managers in Durgapur and Ruby, EM Bye Pass Toyota showrooms and they told me there is no service facility for this problem in Berhampore again asked me visit Kolkata. I have to perform my hospital duties and I booked for service appointment and I got that opportunity on 17/8 at 10 AM. I brought my car on the specified time but service manager told me that due to lack of manpower there will be delay. I met with Madam Archana, she told me she will look after this matter and will call me back which eventually she didn’t. At 4 pm I had been informed that car will not be ready today and we have to wait till 2:30 PM tomorrow. I had been charged thrice for the mistakes/inefficiency of other persons as I am not a technical person in this field.

three times charges claimed, misbehavior, loss of business and patients sufferings and inability to perform hospital duties and attend patients in chamber and hospital.

Remittance of three times charges instead one time charge should be taken. Strong disciplinary actions. Better service henceforth
