Reliance Broadband – Frquent disconnection no response

I am getting tired of Reliance broadband‘s crappy service. They don’t have resources to resolve the problem, and still they are operating. It’s like 15 days since I made a complain about frequent disconnection problem, and they are doing nothing. When I visit the local office regarding the issues 6 days ago of Reliance broadband, they hooked me up with their local field officer who in turns call their only technician .He said wait for 20 min, and now they are still coming. There’s no sign from them that they want to resolve the problem . Every time I try to contact their customer care , their average time to pick any call is more 15 minute, and after that they give same reply every time ” WE have escalated your request for the previous complain no. and it will be resolved around 24 hours.”.

As my customers are now demanding a payback according to agreement , which is total loss to me around is going to be around 25k INR,and since I already spent the money. I am under huge mental stress. It’s affecting my further business, and career growth.
