Micromax mobile – Blank display no customer service

Dear Sir, I, Srivallabh Bagri, had purchased a micromax mobile on the 12th of July, 2014 and on 18th July, 2014 it became dead. It showed blank display and I wasn’t able to make or receive calls. I submitted my mobile for repairing 19th July, 2014. From that day till today I have been moving to and fro to the service centre for my mobile but they are saying that the parts are unavailable and it can only be repaired if and only if they receive the parts from Delhi. Sir, with due respect I feel like being harassed and feel that it’s a dereliction of duty on their part. With due respect sir I want my mobile back and extra warranty from their end since after purchasing the product it didn’t even last for 15 days where I feel the product should be replaced instead of being repaired and an extra warranty on the product.
