Around two months ago I have purchased Lenovo s5070 laptop, from Korum mall, beside eastern express highway, thane- west, Maharashtra, India. after one and half month the cursor was getting hanged in between, I called customer care and logged in the complaint (Complaint number 8003571717) on 2nd August, After continuous follow up for nearly 12 days, the Lenovo service engineer has attended the complaint only on 13/08/2014, he has replaced the mother board with new one and left my house telling that the new replaced motherboard is also faulty and was also telling that the RAM also was not working. Meanwhile he has changed RAM from my another laptop (which is of accer company). After that I checked my both laptop, now my another Accer laptop is also not working. I have asked Lenovo persons many time to replace this faulty laptop, Lenovo persons has ignore it giving me contact number of another person. Kindly help.
I want my laptop replaced with new one. – compensation for mental harassment
