Airtel Post-Paid Billing Issue Not Resolved

Actually i was supposed to pay the bills of Nov & DEC month but i did not payed it because of the services which you people had given to me. I am totally dissatisfied with your services, from DEC i am calling to the customer care and i am requesting to cancel my connection but nobody had solved my issues and they are simply giving me a wrong information on my account ,one guy had mentioned that from 27th Dec to Jan 27th your outstanding bill is zero you wont charge even single rupees, than after again i got a mail & calls that i have to pay Jan month bill why is this wrong information,then again i called to the customer care and asked for deactivate my services to this number but that girl had mentioned sorry for the past experience i will solve your issue please pay only Nov & DEC month bill, but again i got another extra 500 rs bill had came to my mail ,if i call to the customer care simply they are giving false statements and why should i pay unnecessary if i have not used the services, customer service executives are really o plus please solve my issues which i am facing from past 5 months if it not solved i am sure that this time i will divert this issues to consumer court & you can check the recordings which i had called to the customer care i think i have called more than 15 times to you peoples but executive are giving very rude answers and false information i am totally dissatisfied with airtel services and i will pay the bills which i have used apart from that i wont pay even single rupees . I hope i will get revert for my as soon as possible, but don’t forget to check the recordings thank you.
