I have purchased 4 ceiling fans from Usha and its not even a month one of the fans stopped working. I raised a complain and the USHA support executive came and took away the faulty fan promising the replace the same within 5 days. Its 20 days now we are here without a fan in this hot summer. Several followups to no avail . everytime i am given a new complain number but i didn’t receive my fan yet. C14050301022 is the complain number. Any help is highly appreciable.
