I have booked LPG vide booking no. 132644081 dated 03/03/14. At the time of booking, my distributor (M/s Laxmi Enterprises, Bharat Gas Distributors, Bhubaneswar- 751015, Distributor Code- 112266) cleared booking of to 28/01/14. Again, i have booked vide booking no. 150253050 dated 02/04/14 at that time my distributor cleared booking up to 13/03/14 as per your departmental message. it is surprised to know that when the distributor cleared booking up to 13/03/2014 but not delivered cylinder to me till 02/04/2014. after my several telephonic request to the distributor and to your bhubaneswar office, the distributor delivered cylinder on 05/04/2014 against the booking dated 02/04/2014. Due to non supply of cylinder in time against the booking of 03/03/2014 my both the cylinder are empty till 05/04/14 and i have faced lots of difficulties for cooking purpose. For the monopoly attitude of the distributor, i had run here and there to arrange kerosene for cooking purpose in my old days which is shame to the department as well as to the Nation. Regarding the above i have informed several time at your Bhubaneswar Office over telephone but nothing has came out till date.

An enquiry on the above sited matter may kindly be take off at your end for immediate supply of cylinder dated 03/03/14. Otherwise i will be compelled to complain for a proper investigation by the CBI as well as supply department of state govt. regarding the daily receive and supply of the cylinder which comes under the public distribution system and for which we are paying the cost per cylinder to the distributor.
