As per your goodwill I have ported my SIM Card (9832XX568) from another Network. But I am sorry to inform you that the amount of Rs.43 (Rupees forty three ) only in total has been deducted unnecessarily since 13/07/2016 to till date from my main balance account. Apart from this it regret to say since then I have tried to contact to the customer care but failed as it is disconnected from my SIM number intentionally. I just like to know what is the real fact from your end. I hope that you must solve the problem amicably in no time. If you can not take satisfactory action in the above matter then I can take stern legal action against your Company. So Your Prompt Action in the above matter will be highly appreciated. My new 4g sim is still not activates number 9748248596.i swaped my old 3g sim to 4g and its been 1 week the 4g sim is not activated but my 3g sim is already deactivated. So plz activate my sim as soon as possible bcoz its my only number
