I am owning IFB Eva DX 5KG washing machine, i am also having AMC for that. The washing machine is not working , and i raised a complaint on January 22nd.Till not i did not receive any call and the issue is not yet resolved. I had made atleast 50 calls to the customer care still no response. The customer complaint number is – 1101534745

1) We had to hire a servant to do washing 2) We had lot of problems with washing We had atleast 20000/- additional expenses because of this. Immediate resolution and 30000 reimbursement.
