Hello Sir, I did online recharge for Airtel mobile No with Rs249 on 7th Feb 2016 from Airtel website and got success confirmation from Airtel and money also deducted from Bank. But actually that amount is not credited to my mobile account. I have raised a complaint to Airtel customer and it went till the Nodal Officer and they asked bank statement and Transaction ID everything I provided after that they are saying that amount Rs249 is adjusted on 10th Feb 2016. but that amount Rs 249 also not credited to my mobile account.
